Election Results 2016: How Well Did Trump Do in Oregon?
He lost the popular vote to Clinton but won 28 of the state's 36 counties.

It's no secret that there are a lot of Democrats in Oregon, considered a reliably blue state. And they came out in support of Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, giving her the state's seven electoral votes.
Hillary won the state with 908,046 votes - or 50.1 percent of the vote - to Trump's 715,991 - or 39.5 percent of the vote (Gary Johnson, Jill Stein, and write-ins received the rest).
But, as is often the case with Oregon, it's not that easy.

While Clinton won the popular vote, she only carried eight of the state's 36 counties - Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Clatsop, Hood River, Lincoln, Lane, and Benton.
The largest margin, as might be expected, was in Multnomah County where nearly 74 percent of voters went for Hillary. The closest margins were in Clatsop and Clackamas where Hillary won by six points.
