FBI Says Killer May Be Hiding Out in Portland

Take a good look at the man in the picture. The FBI says he is a killer and he may be hiding out in the Portland area. His name is Yancy W. Ray. He's 50-years-old.

The FBI says Ray is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The bureau obtained a fugitive warrant for his arrest on behalf of the Tacoma Police Department.

The murder happened over the weekend.

Ray is 6'2" and 175 points. he has black hair and brown eyes. He is known to use the street name "Slim" and the alias "Yancy Grayson". He has ties to the Tacoma, WA area as well as to Portland, OR.
