  • Saturday is concert day. Several good shows worth checking out including Sir Mix-A-Lot at City Fair (7:30 p.m.; tickets $10-13), soul singer Leon Bridges at the Sxhnitz (8 p.m.; tickets $29.50-$42.50), and, if you feel like heading out of town, The Cure at the Sunlight Supply Amphitheater in Ridgefield ( 7 p.m.; tickets $17-$92).
  • Head to the Oregon Zoo. The weather should be nice and the zoo begins its extended hours. The gates open at 9:30 a/m. and visitors may stay until 7p.m. Head to www.oregonzoo.org for more information. On Memorial Day, free admission for military veterans, active personnel and their families.
