Look at the woman in the picture.  Portland Police says that Victoria Dan has been found safe.Dan is a 56-years-old and has not been seen since Monday evening when she left her home on the 5000 block of Southeast 72nd to go for a walk.  Her family told police that she has partial left-side paralysis, which causes her to walk slowly. She suffers from some memory loss but is otherwise in good health.  She does not speak English.  She is 4'8" and 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light green blouse and floral print skirt.She is back with her family.
