Kyron Horman's Step-Mother Busted on Gun Charges
Arrest happened back in July in California but is only now coming out.
The step-mother of Kyron Horman, the boy who went missing in 2010, will be in a California courtroom later this month to answer charges she stole a gun.
Terri Horman, who was arrested in July under her maiden name of Terri Moulton, after she failed to show up for a court appearance. She has pleaded not guilty.
Moulton/Horman was accused by her roommate of stealing a gun from a safe in the home they shared in Marysville, California.

The Yuba County Sheriff's Office investigated and charged her. When she didn't show up for her arraignment, the arrest warrant was issued.
Moulton/Horman has long been a focus for investigators looking into the disappearance of Kyron who was last seen at Skyline Elementary in June 4, 2010.

She has never been charged and always maintained she had nothing to do with his disappearance - mostly recently in interviews with People Magazine and Dr. Phil.
