Man Charged With Arson for Fred Meyer Explosion

Joshua Hines is accused setting of a small device that exploded last month.

Arson investigators with Portland Fire & Rescue have arrested a man they say is responsible for a small explosive device that went off in the Fred Meyer at Southeast 82nd and Foster last month.

Joshua Hines was arrested and charged with arson, possession of a destructive device, and manufacturing a destructive device.

Hines, 26, could face more charges when the case goes before a grand jury.
