A two-car collision left one man dead in Northeast Portland Friday morning. It happened just before 11 at the intersection of Northeast 82nd and Webster.Portland Police say that one of the drivers - a man in his 60s - was suffering from traumatic injuries when they arrived. Attempts to save him were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the scene.The other driver - a woman in her 30s - was not treated at the scene. Police determined that she was not impaired. She has been cooperating with the investigation.
