The Multnomah County Sheriffs Office says that a man whose body recovered from the Willamette River last been has been identified.he was 36-year-old Reed Keen of Portland.He was reported missing on March 1.The Medical Examiner says that there was no signs of foul play and that the cause of death was blunt force chest trauma and drowning.The cause of death has not been determined.Keene's body was spotted by a fisherman near the St. John's Bridge and recovered by the sheriff's office River Patrol.
