A 25-year-old man was stuck and killed while walking on I5 early Saturday morning.It happened in a northbound lane by Lombard Street.Police officers and medical crews arrived but were unable to save the man.The driver, a 39-year-old man, stayed on scene and has not been charged.He did not show any signs of having been driving under the influence.Police say that the driver had been headed northbound when the man attempted to cross westbound.After the investigation is complete, the results will be presented to the district attorney's office for consideration.
