A registered sex offender who was arrested last month after he fired at police officers now faces a 35-count indictment that includes 10 counts of attempted murder.Timothy Bücher was arrested in May after a standoff with Portland Police.No one was injured in the incident in which police say Bucher fired several shots at officers and their vehicles.He had gotten into an argument with his wife and then confronted a pregnant woman and her husband.The indictment includes charges of aggravated attempted murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and assaulting a law enforcement animal.Two police officers fired their weapons during the incident and the use of force investigation continues.
