Marijuana DIspensary Thankful for Quick Police Response

Portland Police arrived to find three men running from the business. All are under arrest.

The owners of a medical marijuana dispensary on Southeast Powell Boulevard are thankful for the quick response of the Portland Police. Officers arrested three men as they fled the Allied Patient Care Dispensary.

It happened just after 4:00 on Thanksgiving morning. Officers arrived at the dispensary at 729 Southeast Powell to find three men running from the building. One man was arrested immediately.

With the help of a K9 unit from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the other two were soon found and arrested without incident.

Officers found a van with the engine running across the street from the dispensary. In the van, they found marijuana plants and a rifle. The van and contents were seized as evidence.

23-year-old Joshua Nathan Nice was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary in the Second Degree. Additionally, Nice had an outstanding parole violation warrant.

23-year-old Winston Oscar Mcleod was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree (two counts). Additionally, Mcleod had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

26-year-old Seth Laban Williams was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree.
