(UPDATED) Sen. Merkley Filibustering To Rally Opposition To Gorsuch
As of 7 a.m. Pacific, Wednesday, Oregon's junior senator had been on the floor for more than 15 hours. He finished speaking at 7:15 a.m.

Merkley ended his time at 7:15 a.m. Pacific.
