Merkley Goes Out of Town to Let People Know He #FeelstheBern
Oregon's Senator writes a piece for an out of town paper endorsing the Vermont Senator's presidential bid.

Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley chose to find a paper from out of state to let his constituents know that he is backing Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders over Hillary Clinton.
As he points out in the piece he wrote for the out of town paper, he is the first member of the Senate to endorse Sanders.
He says that "Bernie Sanders is boldly and fiercely addressing the biggest challenges facing our country."
