Multnomah County Neighborhoods' Public Housing Numbers Revealed
New data exposes Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler's discredited neighborhood concentration of public housing policy.

Below is a reflection of Portland mayor Ted Wheeler’s policy of targeted, UNLIMITED Neighborhood Concentration of PUBLIC HOUSING, which allows Wheeler to load the neighborhoods of his choosing with up to 100 percent PUBLIC HOUSING.

Public Housing is a class of housing defined as, Means Test (<=80%MFI) + Government Subsidy (any government any type) + rental agreement.
State Data On Public Housing Units is provided by the Oregon Department of Housing And Community Services.
Section 8 Public Housing Units: Mayor Wheeler refused to allow the Public Housing Authority of Multnomah County to disclose the addresses of the 8400 Section 8 units in Multnomah county.
Section 8 Units were apportioned to neighborhoods using a formula relating to the amount of Public Housing units indicated by the Oregon Department of Housing And Community Services.
