Burns admitted that he had argued with the man - that Granados-Marin had come into his trailer with others looking to use drugs. Burns told cops that he had asked the man to leave his trailer, then put on some headphones and turned away to work on a moped.
A witness had claimed to have seen Burns hit Granados-Marin in the head with a tool. But, the district attorney's office, apparently decided they could not make the case against Burns.
