Murder of Portland Woman Probe: Were You Driving on Old Portland Road?

Sheriff's office looking for information on two cars seen on Old Portland Road near the Scappoose Bay Marina on Tuesday September 20th.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office is hoping to catch a break in its probe of the murder of a Portland mother last week. They have released a video showing two cars driving on Old Portland Road the morning of September 20th.

They are hoping that by identifying those cars they might be able to make progress in solving the murder of 24-year-old Apache Rose Hightower who was found murdered in a rural part of the county.

The video was shot around 4:32 a.m. showing two cars headed south by the Scappoose Bay Marina. The drivers of the cars are considered potential witnesses.
