One person is dead and three others injured after a crash in North Portland.
It happened around 9:30 Saturday morning on Rosa Parks Way near Delaware Avenue.

Police say a black Volkswagen Jetta collided with a Jeep Cherokee.
Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash, according to police.
The driver of the Jetta has been identified as 21-year-old Rayna Johnson. She has been charged with manslaughter, assault, and reckless endangerment.
They are still trying to determine if she had been impaired.
The Cherokee rolled on to its side, coming to rest against the porch of a nearby house.
The Jetta stopped on the sidewalk.
Police say that there were two people in each vehicle.
The person who died had been in the Cherokee, police say.
The street was closed for several hours.
