There was a brief power outage at OHSU Wednesday morning. The hospital tells Patch that the outage happened around 9:45 and that most buildings were forced to go to back up generators."Some outpatient clinic schedules may have been affected," a spokeswoman told Patch. "Some buildings are still on backup power.
