Oregon Standoff: The Bundys Have Left the Building

While Ammon and Ryan Bundy were acquitted in Portland last week, they still face charges in Nevada. They're on their way there.

Brothers Ammon and Ryan Bundy, having been acquitted of all charges in federal court in Portland last week, are on their way to Las Vegas. But it's not a pleasure trip. The brothers are being accompanied by United States Marshals because they still face federal charges there.

The brothers were among seven cleared of all charges related to the 41-day armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

They are also among 19 people indicted in connection with the 2014 standoff at Bunkerville, Nevada with federal agents from the Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights.

Meanwhile, their father, Cliven, is still trying sort out his legal team.

Last week, a Court of Appeals panel upheld the decision of the Chief Judge in Nevada barring conservative activist Larry Klayman - known for his legal challenges related to Hillary Clinton and her husband - from joining Bundy's team.

He has vowed to appeal to the full Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court if necessary.
