The move comes less than 24 hours after a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit turned down a defense request to keep the five in Oregon.

Bundy and the others are charged in Oregon in connection with the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and in Nevada in connection with the armed standoff with federal agents on land ranched by Bundy's father, Cliven.

Also charged are Ammon's brother, Ryan, Ryan Payne, Brian Cavalier, and Blaine Cooper.

Defense lawyers had argued that sending their clients to Nevada will interfere with their ability to prepare for the Oregon trial, which is scheduled to begin September 7.

The Judge overseeing the Oregon case said she believes order directing the five be sent to Nevada for arraignment and returned by April 25 all not cause them harm.
