When the sun sets over the Morrison Bridge Monday evening, the rainbow will rise.Multnomah County, which operates the bridge, announced Monday that the bridge will be lit like a rainbow to honor the 49 who were killed in Orlando on Sunday.It's not the first time the bridge will have been lit like a rainbow. The colors were changed last year when the Supreme Court upheld same-sex marriage.The county had already planned to have a rainbow of lights for to celebrate Pride Week celebrations this weekend.
