If you're going to be out and about on Saturday, keep in mind the Rose Parade is happening in the morning.And that means closures.A big one will be the Burnside Bridge, which will be out on Saturday June 11 from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m..The bridge will be shut to motor vehicles and river traffic.Vessels in the Rose Festival Fleet are expected to arrive in Portland during the afternoon rush hour on Wednesday and Thursday, tying up between the Morrison and Steel bridges. Vessels that require bridge openings are scheduled to depart Monday before the morning commute.The sidewalks will remain open.
