Police Arrest Man They Say Robbed Credit Union - Twice
Police say they arrested Marshall Richmond as he again approached Trailhead Credit Union

Portland Police and the FBI arrested a man over the weekend they say had twice robbed the Trailhead Credit Union on North Mississippi Avenue. Marshall Richmond was arrested Saturday as he again approached the credit union.
Police and the FBI were conducting surveillance at the credit union On Saturday November 19 after two robberies had happened - on September 19 and October 19.
While there they saw a man who matched the description of the suspect and he appeared to be casing the place.

They stopped him and discovered a pre-written robbery note in his possession.
Richmond was arrested and charged with bank robbery.
