Police Identify Men Accused PSU Murder On Nov. 7
David Brown, 26, and Nicholas Hannan, 19, are being held at the Multnomah County Jail for assault and murder, respectively.

PORTLAND, OR — Police on Thursday identified the men arrested in connection with the murder of 21-year-old Diego Jordan Tejeda-Manzo earlier this month.
Nicholas Lane Hannan, 19, and David Michael Brown, 26, both of Sherwood, have been charged with murder and third degree assault, respectively.
Brown was taken to the Multnomah County Jail Nov. 7, the same day police found Tejeda-Manzo on the ground in front of the Subway at The Vue Apartments, 1717 S.W. Park Ave., near Portland State University.

Hannan suffered an unspecified injury shortly after the shooting Nov. 7 and was found by police at an area hospital. He remained under police supervision at the hospital until his release Nov. 23, at which point police escorted him to the Multnomah County Jail.
Both man remain in custody; Brown is being held on $250,000 bail, while Hannan is ineligible for release at this time.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, Tejeda-Manzo of Vancouver, Washington, was already dead when police found him just before 1 a.m. Nov. 7.
There was a reported "disturbance" prior to the sounds of gunfire, according to witnesses at the scene.
Neither Brown nor Hannan have any criminal history in Oregon. Tejeda-Manzo's murder remains under investigation. More details are expected to be released later.
