2. I know it doesn't sound like fun on the face of it. It's going to be cold out. And the water is going to be even colder. But on Saturday hundreds of people will gather to raise money for Special Olympics by diving into frigid and icy waters of Oregon. There's a Winter Beach party, a 5K Fun Run/Walk.
