1. The PDX Adult Soap Box Derby - Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to around 4:00 in the afternoon. Feel the need for speed? Ready to have three wheels on the ground - no Fred Flinstones, as they say. 2. From Ivon Park to Colonel Summers Park to Laurelhurst Park and all around Southeast Portland, it's Sunday Parkways this weekend. Live music. food, entertainment... no cars. It's the second to last event of this summer program. Head here for more information.
