The Portland Police Gang Enforcement Team was called to the Safeway Jantzen Beach on Saturday night just after 9 for the report of a person shot.They found a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.He was transported to a Portland hospital with serious injuries.Officers were told that there had been some sort of disturbance before the shooting.The investigation is ongoing.
