Officers felt as if the passenger, Marlon jermaine Jeffries, was acting like he might "have been concealing something in his waistband," police say.
They found a loaded handgun in his waistband.

Turns out the handgun was stolen.
Also turns out that Jeffries is a convicted felon who is not allowed to possess a firearm.
He was booked on weapons charges.
A grand jury will hear the case, which could result in more charges.
