It was one year ago, just after midnight, April 14, 2014, when Portland Police responded to a call of shots fired by Northeast Degum Street and Claremont Avenue.In a parking lot, officers found 24-year-old D'Andre Dickerson. He was dead, having been shot by someone.Detectives have been able to determine that Dickerson lived in Seattle.
