The Red Cross has set up a shelter for residents displaced by the two-alarm fire that burned at the Royal Arms at Northwest 18th Avenue and Lovejoy Street on Monday morning. Five people were hospitalized.A woman had to be rescued by ladder from the top floor of the five-story, 65-unit building. A man - who was brought to the hospital in critical condition suffering from smoke inhalation after he jumped from a second-story window.The fire, which called in around 6:30, went to a second alarm.
