Portland 5 Things To Do In and Around the City This Weekend
Oktoberfest. Run for the Cure. Color Run. Good weather.

1. I know the calendar says September but it's time for Oktoberfest. And, if you don't believe me, head to Mount Angel for the biggest, most established Oktobefest in the region. It's their 51st annual celebration of the harvest - Bavarian style! Check out www.oktoberfest.org for all the information. The celebration lasts all weekend. Everyone - even kids! - are welcome.
2. There are few fundraising runs as well known as the Komen Foundation's Race for the Cure. Sunday is the day to think pink! Check out www.komenoregon.org for everything you need to know.
3. It's a bit of a drive but there are few things that say Oregon quite like Pendleton Round-up! It started Wednesday and runs through Saturday but it is worth the trip. Head over to www.pendletomroundup.com for all the details.

5. Can you think of a better way of spending a beautiful day than running around a raceway while getting splattered with paint? Well, if you can't or are just intrigued, than the color run might be just for you! Saturday and Portland International Raceway. www.thecolorrun.com for everything you need to know.
