Portland Man Charged with Sexually Assaulting Women He Met Online
Cops say he met his victims through social media sites such as Facebook

He would go on to social media sites such as Facebook and Plenty of Fish.
To some women he was Jacob. To others he was Travis. He was also known as A.J.
He would arrange to meet them near their homes, pick them up.

Sometimes he would be in a Mercedes. Sometimes he would be in an old red Chevrolet Camaro.
Each time it would be a different car.

He would drive the women around areas of Portland they were unfamiliar with..
Then he would make their cell phones.
And sexually assault them.
Now, he is under arrest, indicted and charged with numerous counts of sexual assault along with identity theft, and property crimes.
Police say he is 30-year-old Anthony Ray Carter Jr.
While Carter has been indicted and will be in court, police believe there are still more victims out there.
