A Portland man died early Sunday morning when his vehicle - a 1999 Chevrolet SUV - which was heading west when it left the roadway and crashed through a guardrail.Oregon State Police says that 24-year-old Justin Matthew Flower was flown to a nearby hospital but died on the way.A passenger, 23-year-old Michael Swanson, was taken to Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital in critical condition.The crash happened on I-84 near Arlington, between The Dalles and Pendleton.OSP says that neither man was wearing a seatbelt.The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
