A man from Portland was killed over the weekend when his Volvo failed to negotiate a turn, left the roadway and crashed into some trees.It happened Saturday night around 8PM on Highway 101 just north of Cannon Beach.Emergency crews arrived to find that 63-year-old Paul Kipp had died at the scene.No one else was in the car.
