Portland Man Missing Since Oct. 16 Found, Police Say
Brian Duncan, who uses a motorized wheelchair, was last seen on the Eastbank Esplanade around 2:30 p.m. Oct. 16. He was found Oct. 24.
PORTLAND, OR — Detectives with the Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit announced Thursday the death of 38-year-old Brian D. Duncan, the disabled Portland man who'd been missing since Oct. 16, when he was last seen at the Eastbank Esplanade.
Multnomah County Sheriff's deputies reportedly found Duncan Tuesday, Oct. 24.
There were no reported signs of foul play related to his disappearance, and officials said there were no signs of foul play related to his death.
