PORTLAND, OR — Take a good look at the woman in the picture.

Her name is Adela Chapman. She is 85-years-old and she has not been seen since she left her home early Monday morning.

Police say that around 7 a.m. on Monday, Chapman left her home near Southeast Rhine Street and 167th Avenue. She's 4'11" and weighs about 100 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a green, puffy coat.

Adela has wandered away before.

Police say that she's previously been found around Southeast 160th and Divsion, Southeast 177th and Burnside, and Southeast 181 and I-84.

She does not have a cell phone or identification.

While she does not have any diagnosed medical issues, police say that she has been known to have memory issues and become confused.

If anyone sees her, police ask that they call 911.
