Vancouver Police responded to a call of a prowler and caught a man wanted in Portland for murder. Felauai Satele was booked into Clark County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Oregon.  Portland Police say that the 38-year-0ld killed Michael Scott Hoven last month in Southeast Portland.  Hoven was found shot to death in a home on the 1700 block of Southeast 162nd Avenue.  Photo courtesy Portland Police.
