Portland Philanthropist Gets Son and Court Battle Says Paper

There are few people in Oregon who don't know the name Schnitzer.

It's everywhere from concert halls and museums to the Astoria Column.

And behind much of it is is Jordan Schnitzer who is one of the leading philanthropists in Portent - if not the leading one.

Even if people don't know him by sight - though, since he's curtsied at most Blazer games, he's hard to miss - they know his name.

What they may not know is that for everything the 64-year-old Schnitzer has (homes, art... daughters), one thing he did not have but always wanted was a son.

And that desire, according to Willamette Week, has dragged him into court as the woman with whom he had just a son is now suing him.
