Portland Police arrived at Colgate near SE 92nd Avenue just after 2 Monday morning where they found a 2007 Mercedes had crashed into a 2001 Chevrolet Lumina.The driver of the Mercedes, police say, was uninjured but appeared intoxicated.He is 36-year-old Terry Pangle and he is under attest, charged with reckless driving and drive under the influence.His passenger was not injured.The driver and the passenger in the Lumina were both injured, though not seriously, and taken to a local hospital.
