Two are under arrest, charged in connection with the murder in December of Kyle Polk who was found gunned down on Southeast Division. Polk was found shot the afternoon of December 16.On Friday, 46-year-old Cynthia Anne Scholer of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail on charges of Hindering Prosecution (six counts) and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Scholer was released on bail and will be arraigned in Multnomah County Court on Thursday. Then, on Tuesday, the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 20-year-old Javier Fernando Hernandez of Vancouver, Washington in Troutdale. He was booked on murder and weapons charges.
