Portland Police Bureau to Offer Free Self-Defense Classes for LGBTQ Community

Registration opens March 21 for classes beginning April 3.

PORTLAND, OR – Registration opens tomorrow for three free self-defense classes designed for the LGBTQ community.

On Mar. 21, members of the LGBTQ community can register for the Portland Police Bureau Strength Programs-hosted free self-defense classes, which begin Apr. 3.

Classes will be held at 6 p.m. on Mondays (Apr. 3, 10 and 17) at Portland Community College’s Southeast Campus, 2305 S.E. 82nd Ave.
