Portland Police say they caught two burglars in the act Friday morning.it was around 3:30 when officers responded to the Public Storage facility at 2542 Southeast 105th Avenue.With the help of the K9 Unit, they found two men allegedly burglarizing six units.One man gave up immediately and the other ran out the door where he was greeted by other officers.Brandon Jeremy Quinn, 39, and Paul Lynn Ruggles, 38, are charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
