Portland Police Investigate Early Morning Shooting

One man was sent to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

One man is in the hospital after being shot early Sunday morning.

Portland Police say it happened around 3:30 near the intersection of Southwest Thirs and Stark.

They say the wound does not appear life threatening.

The shooter is described as 5'6", heavy set in his late teens or early 20s and wearing dark clothes.
