One man is in the hospital after being shot early Sunday morning.Portland Police say it happened around 3:30 near the intersection of Southwest Thirs and Stark.They say the wound does not appear life threatening.The Police Bureau's Gang Enforcement Team is assisting with the investigation.The shooter is described as 5'6", heavy set in his late teens or early 20s and wearing dark clothes.Witnesses said he fled the scene with associates.
