
An 18-year-old has turned himself in to police after a shooting Thursday in North Portland sent one man to a hospital.
Woodgery Gelin will be arraigned Friday afternoon on charges of attempted murder, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
The charges stem from an incident around 4:30 Thursday.

One man was shot and brought to a local hospital. His condition is not known but he was described as being conscious and alert.
Gelin is believed to have fled in a car.
