Portland Police Identify Victim in Friday Homicide
Two people were seen running from the scene.

Portland Police identified the victim in Friday's homicide as 45-year-old Michael Scott Hoven. The State Medical Examiner said he died from multiple gunshot wounds.
It was around 11:00 Friday morning when officers from the East Precinct were called to a home on the 1700 block of Southeast 162nd Avenue. There had been shots fired.
Inside they found Hoven. Witnesses say a man and woman were seen running from the home.
