Portland Police are investigating a shooting in Northeast Portland. It happened just before 4:00 Thursday afternoon at Northeast 9th Avenue and Alberta Street.Officers arrived and found evidence of gunfire including one car that had been hit.No gunshot victims were found.The Gang Enforcement Team is helping with the investigation.
