Portland Police Investigate Two Reports of Rape
Both attacks happened over the weekend but are not connected.

Portland Police are investigating two separate rapes that occurred over the weekend. Detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit are looking to hear from anyone with information on either attack.
Detectives first responded to Portland Adventist just before Noon on Saturday where they met with a 23-year-old woman who reported having been raped and possibly drugged the night before.
She told police she had gone to nightclubs in Old Town and The Pearl District Friday night with friends.

At one club, she ordered a drink and didn't remember anything until the next morning when she woke up in a strange home as a man had intercourse with her.
He gave her a ride to her car.

The suspect in this incident is described as a dark-skinned male, possibly Middle Eastern, dark hair, 5'7" tall, 130 pounds, driving a gold sedan with a tan interior.
The second attack happened some time before 2:00 Sunday morning.
Officers from the Central Precinct responded to Northwest 9th Avenue and Couch Street where they met with a 20-year-old woman and her friends.
The friends had put the woman in the back of a vehicle because she was very drunk and needed to sleep. The victim told police she was lured from the car by a man who drove her to the area of Northwest 16th Avenue and Kearney Street, where he and two other suspects sexually assaulted her.
The suspects in the second incident are described as males in their 30s of Indian or Middle Eastern descent. The suspect vehicle was described as a newer Honda Accord or Toyota Camry four-door, blue in color with tinted windows.
