Portland Police have made an arrest in last month's shooting death of Marquis Taylor. Richard Jay Anderson is charged with murder.Taylor was found shot around 8:30 p/m. on September 19th by officers responding to a call of shots fired in the area of North Willis Boulevard and Hereford Avenue.He was dead when they arrived. The Medical Examiner determined he died from a single gunshot wound.Police have not released Anderson's booking photo, saying they are withholding at this time for "investigative reasons."Photo of Marquis via Portland Police
