Portland Police Make Indecency Bust, Fear More Victims
William Wimberly is accused of following a woman around a baby store and masturbating. A week before he'd been sentenced to probation.

Portland Police say that they've arrested a man for public indecency after he followed a woman around a baby store while masturbating. They say they fear there may be other victims.
Police say they had been called to Baby Goods Baby Store around Southeast Division Street and 162nd Avenue where a 33-year-old woman reported a man had been following her around the store, staring at her and masturbating.

While he had left by the time officers arrived, there was surveillance tape to back up her story. When William Wimberly returned the next day, they arrested him and charged him with public indecency.
Detectives believe there have been other victims who did not report the incident to police.

One week before the incident, Wimberly had been sentenced to three years probation after having been convicted of public indecency related to four separate incidents over the past two years. Those incidents included ones at a library and store that sells meditation pillows.
Wimberly has been excluded from all four places where incidents happened as well as several other businesses.
