The car keeps going slowly. The protester eventually moves aside and the driver speeds off.

Police have spoken with the driver who claims that the protesters caused thousands of dollars in damage to the car.

The protest was in honor of a man shot and killed by police the work before after he allegedly had pointed a gun at them. Officials added that the man, Patrick Kimmons, had been involved in an incident that left two other men shot.

The investigation continues.
